"Hiyo" Account Deactivation Guide

To deactivate your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the app and log in, then go to the "Profile" menu.
2. Select the "Settings" menu.
3. Click the "Delete Account" button to navigate to the deactivation page.
4. Write the reason for deactivation and click the "Delete" button.

Once deactivation is completed, your personal information will be permanently deleted within a few minutes. However, some information may be retained in an anonymized form for statistical purposes.
