KOF (the “Service”) is operated by DIDI Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our mobile service. We comply with applicable laws in the Republic of Korea, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. This English version is provided for international users; Korean law governs our processing where applicable.
We collect the minimum personal information necessary to operate the Service.
Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive or government ID information in chat or profile fields.
For users under 14, we may need information about a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
We collect information when you register, use the Service, contact support, or when data is generated automatically (e.g. logs). Third-party login may provide identifiers within the scope you authorize.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described, unless applicable law in Korea or elsewhere requires longer retention (e.g. e-commerce records, communications metadata).
After account deletion, limited records may be retained for fraud prevention or disputes as permitted by law. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data.
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only when you consent where required, or when permitted or required by law.
The Service uses OpenAI and Google generative AI services (including Gemini) to power AI features. We also use vendors for messaging as described below.

OpenAI and Google may process data on servers outside your country (e.g. the United States). Data is transferred when you use AI features over encrypted connections, limited to what is needed for responses. If you object to such processing, AI features may be unavailable. Contact us using Section 11.
We may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics (including Google Signals or User-ID where enabled). You can adjust browser or device settings to limit tracking.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent subject to Korean law and technical feasibility. Account deletion may be available in-app.
We apply access controls, encryption where appropriate, and staff training. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Users under 14 (or the applicable age in their region) may require parental consent. We take youth-protection measures in line with applicable Korean rules.
